Baltimore Woods show & Auburn Citizen article
I started out planning to just write a quick note about the reception Baltimore Woods hosted last evening for my show in their program room. Thanks to all the efforts of folks like Sue Jones, BW office manager; Karen Smith, BW Gallery Coordinator; Karen Burns, artist and BW volunteer; and Guy Swenson, himself a nature photographer and a BW volunteer, this was a delightful evening for me and my wife, and I hope (and think) for everyone who took time out of their evening to stop by. Thank you all.
The show will be up thru April 26, so if you get a chance I hope you’ll stop by.
Before I got started Karen Smith sent me an e-mail referring to the article in the Skaneateles Journal that I had not yet seen. So now, I also want to take a moment to thank Jonathan Monfiletto, editor of the Skaneateles Journal, for the very nice article he posted on the paper’s website: Skaneateles Journal.
Having the opportunity to see people enjoying your work is one of the important rewards for anyone who tries to pursue an artistic endeavor . . . and nature photography is no exception.
This week has been very rewarding.
